Cuffley Manor Care Home are looking for an experienced Unit Manager to join their senior clinical team at their new state of the art care home in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.

Your role as Unit Manager is essential in providing leadership and motivation for the team, promoting our values of Truth, Love and Compassion in everything we do. You will be in charge of the day to day activity of your unit and be a supportive mentor to our team of nurses and Carers, ensuring they are up to date with best practice in care and documentation. Your clinical and management experience will be focussed on delivering the best care as well as assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents, whilst ensuring a warm and friendly relationship with residents and relatives alike.
